Benefits of dance

What is it that makes dancing so appealing to people?
Despite the entertaining and fun components of it, dancing actually have many benefits for you. There are various benefits from dancing. Now let me tell you some of the benefits of dancing.

1. Dancing can increase your amount of daily exercise, which can be healthy to any individual, physically and mentally. But most importantly, dancing can be engaged by everybody of any age.

2. Adding on to the physical health, dance offers a way to improve flexibility and strength, which keeps muscles and joints healthy.

3. A benefit that you may not be thinking of is meeting new people and friends that have the similar interest. It may be true to every other activities, but dancing creates a whole different chemistry that is magical.

4. As discussed before in the other blog post, dancing can certainly reduce stress level, and why not dance and forget about stress while making your body more healthy? It is a win win.

5. Also, if you are trying to understand and get to know more about a culture, dancing provides insight into other cultures either through dancing styles or meeting the people.

6. In addition, if you are starting to dance as your hobby, as you progress and improve in skills, dancing can actually lead to many career opportunities.

7. Believe it or not, dancing can help increase your self esteem and confidence.
